My driving instructor Mo was honestly incredible — very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable about the examiner’s thought process. This meant I was fully prepared for the practical driving test, which showed through my first-time pass.

I passed first time with Mo Ishtiaq, he's a great instructor. I was very nervous in the beginning and he helped me gain confidence. He helped with my anxiety and would pander the lessons depending on how bad it was. He caught all the mistakes I'd make and would help me fix them. His mock tests were crucial to me passing, he gave loads of helpful tips and explained the routes to me. Before my test I was really nervous but he was very supportive and told me I could do it. I really enjoyed being taught by him. I would definitely recommend him.

I took driving lessons from Mo Ishtiaq and got my driving licence on the first attempt. He is very professional and he taught me to always concentrate to be a good driver rather than just passing the test. He had so much patience to answer all my doubts and not get irritated by repetitive mistakes. He maintains a white board with him and explains everything clearly. At the end of every session he gave me notes on where I needed to improve. He always told me the areas of improvement at the end of every session and every day I was learning. Overall he is the best at his profession and I would recommend him for my friends and family members for taking classes.

My driving instructor was Mo and he was exceptional! He was really easy going and fun to be with. He explained everything smoothly from doing cockpit checks, how to properly enter and exit a roundabout, to executing a manoeuvre properly. He even has pictures to show you and videos to watch as homework. I am really impressed with how spot on he is with details, big or small. During our mock tests he suddenly became very strict (though he feels guilty about it and then lightens the mood up!) but then I appreciate everything he did as he said he only wasn't aiming for me to pass the test but also to make me a safe driver. I highly recommend Mo and this driving school, such a blessing I found them. It definitely is worth your time and money! Oh I forgot to mention, I passed my driving test on the first take. Thank you ever so much!

Just passed my manual driving test first time with only one minor! I had a licence from Uruguay (South America) before but needed to get my UK licence and learn how to navigate UK roads, and Mo from 1st Driving School was brilliant. He's really supportive and patient. He listened when I got frustrated and kept helping me improve until things finally clicked. As I got better, he did switch to a bit of a 'tough love' approach. I found it a bit hard at the time, but looking back, I think it really helped stop me from making silly mistakes. It was definitely in my best interest, and in the end, it paid off: I passed first time, and couldn't be happier! I also feel like I’m a safer driver now, so big thanks to Mo and to 1st Driving School. Would definitely recommend!

Mo was a wonderful and very supportive teacher. The lessons specifically catered to areas I had to work on until every aspect was ironed out. The times for lessons were very flexible and learning to drive with Mo’s help was an overall lovely experience!

My driving instructor was Mo. He was really helpful in learning to drive and finding techniques in my driving that needed correcting. He definitely helped improve my confidence in the car especially in practicing hill starts and merging on dual carriage ways.

I had 18 hours of lessons with Mo and found his lessons absolutely instrumental in me passing my test first time with 2 minors. Although I only had 18 hours of lessons with Mo I had many more hours of practice using provisional insurance with my Fiancé's car.
